My blood type is O+. My parents are B+ and AB+. I read that combinations that can occur for parents BB or BO (Type B) and AB (Type AB) are only B, A or AB children. How did I get O+ blood type?

There are three possibilities. The first one is a de-novo mutation. It is possible early in your embriotic development, perhaps even during spermatozoosis, the cell that would eventually become you spontaneously mutated and transformed the A or B gene from your parent into a dysfunctional gene. This happens in about 1 in a million cases. The second possibility is that one of your parents is a chimaera and a compound of two distinct individuals, a cojoined twin so to speak, where bone marrow and reproductive organs carry distinct genomes. We have no idea how common it is, only about 100 cases are known worldwide, but there could be many more undiscovered cases. The condition is bengin and only comes up in cases such as these, so it could be far more common that we realize. The third possibility happens in up to 30% of cases. Hello gorgeous

Type on PDF: All You Need to Know

I think you're about 5-7 months pregnant right now. Why? Your doctor knows you're getting your period. Is it just me or is everyone else getting regular periods? Yes. Your doctor knows and has done this. You have been taking a prenatal vitamin called folic acid during your pregnancy. Is that correct? What is that? Folic acid is one of your body's biggest nutrients that helps to build and prevent bone and nerve cells. It's also found in all red and processed food and your blood. It helps regulate cell proliferation and DNA expression. That's why I was curious as to how it affects a person's conception when taken before ovulation. Oh no, nothing. It is not a contraceptive, but I guess everyone knew that. It's not to do with its effects on fertility at all, the hormones your body makes in response to any food you take do not affect the conception in any way.
